We work with organizations from both the public and private sectors to strengthen their institutional and human capacity by assessing and analyzing individual and institutional performance factors. The concept of institutional development and capacity building is largely based on perceiving organizations as adaptive systems and taking systemic approaches to identify and analyze any existing performance gaps.
Human and institutional capacity development is an important challenge for any institution, which directly impacts on organizational performance. The most important element of the intervention is to go beyond training and coaching and to cover all potential factors affecting performance, examining the internal and external environment of a given organization.
In recent years, we have successfully implemented institutional development and capacity building projects in various public and private sector institutions in transition countries. These efforts are implemented through:
- Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD)
- Performance Assessment and Management
- Change Management
- Capacity Development
- Human Resource Management
- Public Relations and Communication
