We offer services covering the entire project cycle from project preparation, implementation, coordination and management, to monitoring and evaluation. More specifically, we provide the following:
Project Management
SRCIT has demonstrable experience in managing large-scale complex technical assistance projects. As a result of our continuous work with various agencies, we are familiar with all major standards and guidelines of international cooperation and accustomed to agencies’ specifications, which is an important prerequisite for competent and effective project management.
Capacity Building and Institutional Development
Both capacity building and institutional development are core elements of our services, aiming at increasing professionals’ skills and knowledge as well as strengthening public institutions. Particular emphasis is placed on developing solutions tailored to the needs of the respective counterparts and taking into account regional and cultural characteristics, rather than relying on uniform interventions. This includes the use of innovative and interactive training methods to transfer knowledge and skills to target groups, including policy makers, management staff, and practitioners alike.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Results-oriented management in development assistance has gained significance in recent years, especially following the efforts to increase aid harmonisation and effectiveness as well as the growing importance of Sector-Wide Approaches (SWAp). Through our vast experience in implementing programmes and projects throughout the world, and our continuous cooperation with various international agencies and clients, we offer practice-oriented and proven competencies in the fields of monitoring, evaluation, and the adequate measuring of overall performance in terms of progress, results, and impact. This includes experience with carrying out programme and project evaluation, organisational reviews as well as designing and implementing surveys and data collection based qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
